DeMarcus was really trying for those 10 points and got em. Hell, he got another bucket for good measure. He was chucking everything up, and I loved it. I knew the rebounds would be tough, but only 4? That was not my Booger Cousins! I can’t wait for him to get out of Golden State.

Alright my Danny Green and Marc Gasol picks were supposed to be Fred VanThreet and Serge IBabyhooka. Should have see the VanFleet game coming as he has been a stud since he had a kid, but I really was hoping for a monster Gasol game. Danny Green was my worst pick as he accumulated only 4 of assists, rebounds, and points. I’m disappointed but not surprised. FADE ME!

Also, Big ups to Klay Thompson hitting those free throws Kobe style.

The Wolves Picks at 11 and 43 That Will Change The Franchise Forever

So I did my first mock which was what I think teams should do, not what they will do. Now I am going to break down what the wolves should do if they care about Karl Anthony-Towns and the state of Minnesota. First off, I think our primary need is a franchise point guard. I have a love hate relationship with Jeff Teague, but I think we need a young floor general (Darius Garland). I think he is the ideal pick if he was to some how fall to us. I could see the team going all over the place. Also, I’m assuming Garland and White are off the board.

Pick 11:

Bol Bol: Biggest boom or bust player in the draft. I think he could be great playing alongside KAT with his ability to stretch the floor and block shots. The biggest questions come from his health and frame. He sustained a stress fracture after just nine collegiate games. Along with his little hips and small arms, I am concerned with his durability in the bigs dogs.

Sekou Doumbouya: This Frenchman could be the next Luka Doncic. He did not go to college, and is from across the pond. What really sold me on him was his solid bod and this video of him hitting 15 threes at a work out. Keep.It.Simple.Stupid.

Brandon Clarke: BallisClarke has some long ass arms and can block shots. He is kind of small and lacks offensive skills. I think he is a lame, safe pick that we will end up taking.

Pick 43

Jaylen Lecque: Straight out of high school to the league just like the steal of last years draft, Anfernee Simmons. Anfernee put up 37 points at the end of last season so I don’t see why we don’t take a shot on a young bouncy kid. I’m not a fan of the baby Westbrook nickname as I am anti-Russ by nature, but hopefully he grows out of it.

Jontay Porter: People who read my blogs will probably think I am related to the Porters for constantly vouching for them even though they have little to show. I am writing this now with out reviewing his medicals, but I don’t see why we wouldn’t take a shot on him if his health isn’t an issue. I bet he has full blown AIDs and I am looking like a fool right now, but you have to take risks sometimes.

Trade up: take Naz Reid, Carsen Edwards, Kevin Porter Jr., Cam Johnson.

Which Bandwagon Do I Hop on for College World Series?

I was rooting for LSU coming into the weekend, but they were bounced on Sunday off a walk-off from FSU. I need a new team to root for in the College World Series. Here are some of my top options.

Florida State Seminoles: Yeah, they knocked off my first choice, but that doesn’t mean I can’t join in on the fun. I started liking Florida State during the Jameis Era. They’ve produced some quality players like Dalvin Cook, Jalen Ramsey, and Kelvin Benjamin.

Vanderbilt Commodores: This pick is based solely on the fact that Kumar Rocker threw a 19 strikeout no-hitter in an elimination game. I have no other reason to like this team other than Kumar and his big balls.

North Carolina Tar Heels: 3-13 Auburn leads in the Bottom of the sixth. I love a good comeback story. It was 13-0 after 1.

Texas Tech Red Raiders: I love the Guns up thing. It’s always good to have a cool phrase. The Ted Cruz thing irks me, but what ever.
