There's a New Flamer in the Land !

Dylan Windler poured in 19 points and had grabbed 6 rebounds in his Summer League debut for the Cavs. You’re probably wondering who the fuck cares about Summer League, and who is Dylan Windler. Well he is a red hot scorer, or a human torch or a flame thrower of sorts. I was anti-Windler because I only watched him in the tournament and he wrecked Maryland who I had winning. Maryland ended up winning so I won’t hold that against him for the rest of his career, thank god. We’re one game into Summer League, and I am all in on this soulless bucket getter. Can’t wait to see what he can do on this awesome young Cavs team. Windler’s joining a prolific group of hoopers plagued by their intense fear of the sun.

Carsen Edwards Needs to Throw the Beads back in the Hair

Carsen needs to bring this look to the NBA. The “back from vacation” look for Carsen is bad ass. This is the “Oh damn, I just got back from Jamiaca. I haven’t tocuhed a backetball in two weeks. I’ve just been laying out on the beach sipping daiquiris. I guess I’ll put thirty on your head,” look. How can you not think of Michael Scott when you see the beads. I can only imagine trying to guard him while thinking of Michael playing the steel drums.

Breaking: NBA OUT! NBL IN!

The day that was supposed to be for the Totonto Raptors to celebrate their Larry OB trophy has been stolen by NBL. News broke that the youngest, and most lackadaisical Ball brother, Lamelo would be heading to Stralia. I was already sold on the NBL when RJ Hampton decided to sign with the New Zealand Breakers, but now I am full blown looking for employment in Australia. I need to be apart of the Ball experience down under.

I can only imagine the show Lamelo is going to put on. He is already balling out in the Drew League making grown men look like fools. Now this is just an amateur league, but they go pretty hard. I want to see Lamelo try his hardest on both sides of the ball. I want him locking up guards full court like Lonzo. He already has a better shot than him and is only a mere boy. At least he has grown out of that big blonde afro. It’s also going to be a show if he isn’t great and has to sit on the bench and pout every game.

Looking into the NBL made me realize they got some other quality players:

• Bryce Cotton: Perth Wildcats

• Casper Ware: Sydney Kings

• Jordair Jett: Nelson Jetts

I mean it’s not like they would touch the floor in the NBA, but I will still try to watch Lamelo and RJ go up against these men. I actually sent an email to operations manager of the Illwarra Hawks, where Lamelo is going so cross your fingers.

LaMelo Ball showed up to the Drew League for the second week in a row and help lead No Shnacks to a blowout victory over Team BBC. The Ball Family showed up as well as Lonzo shortly after the word came out that he was just traded.
